As a Cleveland Firefighter for twenty-five years, Ron Salvador devoted his life 
to helping others. During this time, Ron was also employed on a part-time basis by J.B. Robinson, when there was just one store with eight employees. Ron worked there for ten years learning the jewelry business.  In 1986, upon retirement from the Cleveland Fire Department, Ron was ready to combine his experience and knowledge with his love of people and fine jewelry and started his own company, Ron Salvador & Sons Diamond Specialists.

Today, Ron’s business model of exceptional quality and outstanding value is still being followed by Ron’s son, Don, and his granddaughter, Carla, a Gemological Institute of America, GIA Diamonds Graduate who have taken over the day-to-day operations.
